Previously
Previously respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same in return. This page is the process for copyright notices.
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, email contact@watchpreviously.com with:
We review valid notices promptly and remove or disable infringing material as appropriate. When the author or uploader of the material is identifiable, we let them know it was removed. A notice that doesn't identify the work or the material can't be acted on — when we can, we reply and say what's missing.
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, email the same address with your name and contact information, the URL where the material appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or the District of Nevada if you're outside the United States), and your signature. Valid counter-notices are forwarded to the original complainant, and the material may be restored after the waiting period the law provides, unless the complainant files a court action.
Some video on Previously is embedded from third-party platforms and hosted by them. For embedded material, our action here is to remove the embed; the hosting platform can act on the underlying file.
Accounts and contributors who repeatedly infringe copyright will be removed.
