About CaseOh

CaseOh is the screaming king of horror YouTube — an Arkansas streamer whose playthroughs of the scariest games on the internet double as slapstick comedy. Case Dylan Baker’s whole brand is being terrified on camera, and he is so good at it that getting scared became a content genre. In 2024 he won Best Variety Streamer at the Streamer Awards and Content Creator of the Year at The Game Awards; in 2026 his YouTube channel crossed 10 million subscribers. All of it from a town in rural Arkansas with bad internet and a man who screams like a haunted house is on fire.

The origin story is genuinely working-class. Before streaming, Baker did full-time maintenance and grass-mowing work alongside his father in Dallas County, Arkansas — exhausting, grueling labor, money so tight his bank card was once declined at a Family Dollar. His mother, Angie Baker, watched him play games casually, saw the humor in him, and pushed him to treat streaming like a real career. The YouTube channel technically dated back to October 2011, but the first video didn’t land until September 2022: NBA 2K23. He attacked TikTok at the same time — uploading 22 videos in a single day on September 10, 2022 — and woke up to more than 10,000 new followers overnight. When he finally went live on Twitch on September 11, he wasn’t starting from zero: about 126 viewers were already waiting.

Then came the deal. Baker told his chat that if he hit 5,000 active Twitch subscribers, he would leave maintenance behind for good — and the chat delivered. He went full-time, and Angie quit her own job to become his business manager. The growth curve after that is hard to comprehend: a million YouTube subscribers on January 3, 2024; a million Twitch followers that same month; four million Twitch followers by May. Nine months after he started posting on TikTok, he had a million followers there. His town’s terrible internet forced him to run the stream on a mobile hotspot for a stretch — the most CaseOh possible version of scaling problems.

The lore is deep, because the clips are perfect. A 2023 FNAF 2 jump scare sent him flying out of his chair hard enough to knock his monitor over — “Yo, my chair broke! Yo, my chair broke!” — and the clip went everywhere. His Discord fridge reviews (“it’s a frozen pizza follicle”) and his running commentary turned mundane stream moments into TikTok gold; @caseohgames on TikTok climbed past 3.5 million followers and kept going to 8.5 million, with 113 million likes. One popular video crossed 20 million views. The YouTube channel is a horror-game hall of fame: “FEARS TO FATHOM: Ironbark Lookout” at 2.4 million views, “Beating [OUTLAST] in One Night” at 1.8 million, the FNAF: Pizzeria Simulator run at 1.6 million, and a horror-games playlist running 198 episodes deep.

His life off-stream feeds the mythology just as much. He lives in Clarendon, Arkansas, in a trailer with his cats Jinx and Kitty. He played drums in his local church growing up. A running gag is his obsession with Waffle House; the food-related nicknames fans hurl at him came from questionable PlayStation Network messages and stuck. He owns an ice cream truck. He once streamed with his hoodie off and vowed never to do it again after chat said he looked like Marv from Home Alone. And he has a genuine fear of flying — severe enough that he’s missed collaborations with other creators because he wouldn’t get on the plane.

The industry noticed, and then it noticed loudly. At the 2024 Streamer Awards he was nominated for Streamer of the Year alongside Kai Cenat, Ironmouse, Jynxzi, and Quackity — the new guard, all killer — and took home Best Variety Streamer. Months later, The Game Awards named him Content Creator of the Year for 2024. At the 2025 Streamer Awards he went back-to-back on variety and added Gamer of the Year. He guested on Jynxzi’s first podcast, the kind of crossover that signals two rising empires recognizing each other.

The formula never changes, and that’s the point. CaseOh picks a game designed to traumatize, the game traumatizes him, everybody wins. His self-aware goofiness keeps it from ever feeling mean; he is in on the joke, and the joke is him. He’ll threaten to crap on chat’s doorstep, ban someone fake-angry, then wheeze-laugh through the next scare. With well over ten million YouTube subscribers and a Twitch community that treats every stream like a live studio audience, CaseOh turned being scared into a career — and proved that in 2026, the funniest person on the internet could be a ginger kid from Arkansas with a bad hotspot and a broken chair.

The clip pipeline is the real engine. CaseOh’s TikTok — @caseohgames, 8.5 million followers strong — functions as a highlight factory, turning every stream into a dozen viral moments: the fridge reviews, the jump scares, the bits that only make sense if you were there. It is a modern fame loop: Twitch for the live show, TikTok for distribution, YouTube for the archive. And at the center of it is a guy from Arkansas who figured out that being the funniest scared person on the internet was a career.
